From the time I turned 18 and realized that my breasts were as big as they were going to get, I always said I would have surgery one day to be just how I wanted to be. After years and years of talking about it to anyone that would listen, I decided to start researching doctors. I started when I was about 25 years old but I wasn’t very serious about it because, lets face it, I just didn't have the money. After meeting my husband in 2005 I started getting serious it. My body was changing and I just didn't feel proportioned. I finally had access to a computer and just on a whim I typed in Alabama Plastic Surgery. The first one I read about was Dr. Jack. His bio was so impressive. So I made the consultation appointment. I almost didn’t go because I was very nervous. But I went. And from the second I met his staff, I felt like I was part of the family. They were all so sweet. His nurse explained everything they were going to do and that made me very comfortable with the whole thing. Dr. Jack came in to talk to me, and immediately I liked him. He was very professional yet comforting by letting me know that he would do a great job.

After a few weeks of deliberation, I made my surgery appointment. I was very scared even up to the pre-operative appointment. But once again Dr. Jack and his staff made me completely at ease, and I knew that I would have no problems. On the day of my surgery my husband drove me to the office, and I was the first patient of the day. Dr. Jack came in and made all of his marks on me and reviewed the procedure with me, and I felt very relaxed. After what seemed like 5 minutes I was awake and getting ready to go to the hotel. Dr. Jack came in and checked me again and then his staff dressed me and got me all ready to go. At the hotel I had a few pains but nothing too bad. Dr. Jack called to check on me which I thought was very nice. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the whole thing.

Dr.Jack is amazing. He does a great job from beginning to end. I had no major pain and went from a 34B to a 34D. I would recommend Dr. Jack to anyone. I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better for my breast augmentation. Thank you so much Dr. Jack, you changed my body and my life!!!

I am a 28 years old. Six months ago, I decided to have breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Jason Jack. It was one of the best decisions of my life.

For as long as I can remember I have been aware of my breast size or the lack of. If not by all the clothes that didn't fit correctly or that I resembled a man in a sports bra - my breast size was something that had bothered me for years. Especially when I exercised heavily I would lose down to an A cup. I had previously thought about breast augmentation surgery, but never considered actually doing it until last year. A good friend of mine discussed her procedure with me and I decided it was time. I was old enough to make my own decisions, I was financially stable, and it was something that I wanted to do for myself. Of course my mom was completely behind my decision as being a member of the "small chested" family herself. She agreed to go with me to my appointment and help me if I decided to go through with the procedure.

I decided to have my next pre-op visit at Dr. Jack's office in Anniston, AL which was more convenient to my location. Here the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jack performed a brief exam, gave me a folder filled with all types of information, and signed my consent forms. I brought a list of questions in which he had no problem answering for me. I also brought bras I had bought for surgery as well to make sure I had the right kind and type. I couldn't tell you how many times I have referenced that folder for information or questions that I thought of after my appointment. It was so helpful.

I decided to have my surgery on a Tuesday so I could take the week off, and return to work on Monday. I had my surgery in Birmingham. My mom agreed to help me that day as we would be staying overnight a few miles from the surgery center in case there were any complications. The day of surgery I was nervous but also excited. I was finally never going to have to worry about being self-conscious again. Everyone was so caring and friendly from the operating room, anesthesiologist, to the after care nurse. I was not really nervous at all, and ready to see the results. The procedure was over before I knew it, and I was on my way to the hotel. I was in some pain at first, but once I was able to take the Valium I felt a lot better. The muscle relaxers helped me the most. I had to have some assistance getting up at first, but later in the night I was able to get up all by myself. I had my follow up visit the following morning and headed home. I took the medication for pain probably for another day and then decided the Valium was all I really needed. I had no bruising and little swelling. Dr. Jack even called me after the surgery to make sure I was doing OK. I was already pleased with my results, but also thought what a caring doctor. By the weekend, I was able to drive and was almost normal except for occasional soreness. I returned to work the following week without any major problems besides being a little sore at the end of the day.

I have my follow-up appointment a few weeks later with no problems. I couldn't wait to go out and buy that first real (wireless bra) with my new breast size. I am now a 34D and couldn't be happier. My mom even agrees now the size isn't too big, and I look more proportional.

I continue to sleep in my sports bra nightly and rarely sleep on my stomach. I took the allotted time to start exercising, and even was able to go skiing a month ago. I love the results of my surgery. I now look normal and not "top heavy" as some do. I do not think I could have gotten better care or a better surgeon. My experience with Dr. Jack was excellent. If I had to do this again I wouldn't think twice about it. Now, I just wish I hadn't waited so long! I can finally wear all the tops I wanted, clothes fit, and I look normal when working out. I have more self-confidence than I ever did. Thank you Dr. Jack! I really love my new breasts.

I have the highest regard for Dr. Jason Jack's ability as a plastic surgeon. Dr Jack did a very extensive buttocks lift on me in 2007. In 2008 he performed a tummy tuck. He corrected a tummy tuck I had done by another physician about 5 years ago that I wasn’t happy with. I am most pleased, happy and ecstatic over both surgeries that Dr Jack has performed on me.
My daughter had a breast augmentation by another surgeon 4 years ago and one of her breast had not healed correctly around her nipple. I brought her to Dr Jack and he performed surgery and corrected the unsightly nipple. She now is so pleased over her corrected surgery by Dr Jack that she is having another surgery the end of this month (liposuction). I have already talked with Dr Jack about surgery I want him to perform on my eyes. I plan to schedule that for the first of next year.

My upper eyelid surgery was something that I had been looking forward to for quite some time. I am 28 years old and from New Orleans, La. In 2007, Dr. Jack performed a breast reduction and liposuction of my flanks and abdomen. I started developing breasts at a very early age. Before the age of 14 I was already a D. Before the end of high school I was about a DD. I am 5'2 with a medium frame. So this caused a lot of back problems. My breasts always sagged especially after the pregnancies for my two daughters. They were really bad.
Some close friends of mine that live here had traveled to Alabama to have plastic surgery. I decided to take a trip to see Dr. Jack. Since my case was moderate-severe I decided to see if my health insurance would cover the surgery for breast reduction. Dr. Jack encouraged me to pursue the insurance coverage and helped so much with the process. He submitted pictures and statements concerning the issue. The insurance approved the procedure and within a couple a weeks the surgery was set up.
The procedure was done at the hospital. Since I was already going to be under anesthesia, I pursued getting the liposuction done of my flanks and abdomen. Dr. Jack agreed. So in April, I took a trip to Alabama for the surgery. Dr. Jack and his staff were absolutely awesome throughout the entire thing. So helpful and amazing! Very thorough! He answered all my questions and offered assisted with anything I needed.
I am extremely happy with the results. I am a C now. I can wear any bra, bathing suit, strapless bra, and cute summer shirt that I want! They look amazing. He did a great job. And the lipo has taken years off of my body. It reshaped it with a lot younger of a look. I recommend as many people to him as I can. The traveling was definitely worth it. I plan on going back for a tummy tuck after I have the next child! This surgery has definitely changed the way I see my body and makes my daily life easier.

I am so pleased with my lip lift surgery that Dr. Jack performed on me. When I smile now, you can see my upper teeth. He is such a highly-skilled surgeon who is so knowledgeable of all the latest procedures and techniques. He is a very kind, compassionate, and caring person.
